If F2-40 developer is damaged, change the developer.

How to reset the fixing error

To reset this error, do the following.
1.   Press the number key in 10871087 the display should blink.
2.   The display change to Maintenance mode.
3.   Press the 163 and press the start key, the screen for executing is displayed.
4.   Select the EXECUTE and press ENTER
5.   Turn the copier OFF, wait 20 seconds and power up the machine. The fixing problem data is initialized.

I don’t recommend refilling a sharp ar 6020 series toner cartridge because the toner powder is very fine and you do not want to breathe in this toner powder. I would advise purchasing a new toner cartridge for your model of sharp copier. Authentic sharp dealers will give you original toner cartridge, non-sharp toner providers may be sells the poor quality toner refill Kits.



If you want to do toner cartridge refilling, the toner cartridge comes with on-chip sensor in back side of toner cartridge that counts the toner life. If you allow it to go empty completely that is it gives red triangle which is steady to warn that toner is near empty. You should replenish toner at this time but if you allow it to blink red triangle that means it’s completely over and can't be refilled. KONICA MINOLTA C350/C450 Auto Colour Calibration

These instructions describe how to adjust Auto Colour Calibration for a Konica Minolta C250, C350 and C450 copier machine. Colours are too dark or severely tinting to one range of colour such as yellow, cyan or more commonly magenta on printed documents. This issue is most noticeable on grey halftones.

 Please note that these issues must occur on ALL printouts. If only one computer or a single piece of software is having poor colour reproduction, please troubleshoot the computer or software. Please also note that grey halftones will NEVER be perfect and usually will tint slightly to magenta or brown.



STEPS:
1.  Press the Utility button to the left side of the LCD screen.
2.  Tech the Admin Mode.
3.  The machine will ask for a password, press the password 00000000
4.  Next select Gradation Adjustment.
5.  You can see the START button Green light up, then Press the Start button to print out the adjustment test pattern. The print out may take 30-60 Seconds to print out. If the start button is Orange, you must load either Letter paper in Portrait direction or Ledger paper into one of the trays.
6.  When the test pattern is printed, examine the pattern. Notice that on edge of the pattern there are Two Black Squares. Place the test pattern Face-Down on the scanner glass with the Black Squares against the Left-hand Side Ruler.
7.  Close the scanner lid and press the Start Button. The scanner will scan 3 times.
 8.  Press the Exit twice to bring the screen back to copy mode.
 9.  The Auto Colour Calibration is complete. You should see improvement in your colour reproduction when printing. If the issue continues, please call your servicing company for more instruction or repair.

You have to reset the fuser code manually.

1.     Open top cover then turn ON the machine, then presses the System Menu then scroll down to Service Setting, then HOLD BOTH the "Start key" and "#" and press "OK".

2.     Scroll down to Maintenance Mode then press "OK".

3.     Then press 163 on the keypad

4.     Scroll down to "Execute"

5.     Then press "OK"

6.     And turn off power then back on.


If the error C6000 appears again then get your unit checked for fuser unit and fuser unit heat issues.
Fuser removal: Remove rear cover, top cover, left and right cover. Remove two screws. Unplug two connectors. Pull out Fuser unit. Remove two screws, separate the upper part from the lower part, and remove separation claws (3pcs each 1 held w/ screws at the rear). Remove and check heater lamp, upper fuser roller and thermostat (circular shape). After replace the parts then reset manually.
