Meaning of the C6000 error code:

Olivetti D-copier 200mf error code C6000 is displayed when your machine fails to reach the correct temperature at a specific time. The temperature does not become 100°C/212°F even if 30 s pass before secondary stabilization. When there is no 1°C/1.8°F rise in 5 s before secondary stabilization. Basically, you have to check if the fuser is warming up (the halogen lamps inside are lightened up). If not heating, you will have to replace it.

How to fix the error:

You have to reset the fuser code manually.

• Open top cover then turn ON the machine, then presses the System Menu then scroll down to Service Setting, then HOLD BOTH the "Start key" and "#" and press "OK".
• Scroll down to Maintenance Mode then press "OK".3.     Then press 163 on the keypad4.     Scroll down to "Execute" 5.     Then press "OK"6.     And turn off power then back on.

If the error C6000 appears again then get your unit checked for fuser unit and fuser unit heat issues.

Fuser removal:

Remove rear cover, top cover, left and right cover. Remove two screws. Unplug two connectors. Pull out the Fuser unit. Remove two screws, separate the upper part from the lower part, and remove separation claws (3pcs each 1 held w/ screws at the rear). Remove and check the heater lamp, upper fuser roller, and thermostat (circular shape).
