Meaning of the E00000 error code

The error code indicates that the machine doesn't sense the temperature of the fuser getting hotter. Usually, this calls for the fixing film unit to be replaced because the thermistor has gone bad. The Fuser code needs to be reset in the service mode. It is easy to do.

How to fix the E00000 error code?

You need to go into service and clear the error then reset machine should work again. Follow the steps below:

Code reset:

1. Press the Additional Functions (*) button.
2. Press again the Additional Functions (*) button.
3. The service mode should appear on the screen. Search for “CLEAR” press OK once.
4. Then search for ENGINE and press Ok once on the screen.
5. search for ERRCLR and press OK 
6. Turn off the machine from the main switch for about a minute and restart it.

If the fixing error code e00000 appears again, check your Fixing Assemble for jammed paper, or damage to the Fuser Film unit.

• Check the fixing film connector.
• Replace the fixing film unit.
• Replace the DC controller PCB.

After you replace the parts, then you have to reset the machine in services mode COPIER.
