The A system error has occurred 010-321 code of fuser unit, usually, fuser nip fail. First of all, check if there any obstructions inside the printer. The fuser has a nvm and you want to reset it. Then follow these steps.

• Press and hold the zero (0) button for 5 seconds.
• Then press the start button and dial the password 654321 and confirm it.
• After this, you have to press the key button/log out button.
• Then go to system settings, common settings, maintenance or diagnostic.
• Then we will go to nvm read/write. Press 74435 on the chain link. Dial “0” on the new value column.
• Then save and confirm it. Close it. Press the exit button. The machine will restart itself and code will be gone out.

If the problem persists

• remove and reinstall the fuser unit.
• Check the fuser connector.
• Replace the fuser unit.

Find out the reason behind this error code in your copier, then replace that spare. If the problem persists again, it is better to call a Sharp Technician.
