I had the B200 error on my Canon MX860. I cleaned the head using clean water and dried it, but it did not fix the problem. I found a new printer head on the internet for about $17 and after it arrived, I installed. The printer recognized the new head and ran a clean printer head maintenance. I then printed out a picture and it came out like brand new.
