Meaning of the SC554 Error Code:
Ricoh MP C3002 is an error that the Fusing temperature warm-up error. Check the thermistors and fusing lamps are the proper ones and are installed correctly in their position properly. You will have to do now to reset your error code follow the step below.
Fix the SC554 error code:
- pressing the yellow “clear” button on the panel
- Press “1, 0, and 7” on the keypad and then hold the “stop” button for 10 seconds until you get a new screen.
