Xerox docucolor 240 error code 010-320 it’s a fuser overheat code. If this happens the first time you need to reset. If this doesn’t work, you may have a bad fuser assembly. Replace the fuser unit or mainboard needs to be replaced.
Fix the fault code 010-320:
- Press and hold 0 for more than 5 seconds then press start batten.
- The entry number screen will appear, enter “6789” and press Confirm.
- Press the “Log In/Out” button on the UI.
- The System Settings screen appears. Tach the “System Settings”.
- Tech the “Common Settings”.
- Tech the “Maintenance/Diagnostics’.
- Select “NVM Read / Write”.
- Entry number screen will appear, chain Link “762-315” and tech the “Confirm/change”.
- You can see the current value 2 or 3, 4 and you need to change this value. Enter “0” and select “save” and tech the “Confirm/change”
- Then press “Close” the right side top of the touch screen, and "power OFF" and wait until 15 minutes, then “ON” the machine, now your fuser Counter replaces signal is solved.
