What is Fuser Grease
The function of the fuser grease is to lubricate the sleeve of the fuser film. It can be used in any type of laser printers and copiers. If a paper jam occurs on the fixing unit, you can fix it by applying fuser grease to the fuser of the fixing unit. It is best to use high-temperature grease on laser printers and copiers. If not, it will cause a paper jam and damage your machine. Always use high-quality grease for the smooth operation of the fixing unit and the longer life of the machine.
How to use fuser grease
The original grease will dry out after 30k copiers so you have to replace it again. Remove the fixing film first from fixing assembly. clean the old grease in it by using alcohol. Wear gloves, then apply grease with your hands. Apply 1 or 2 grams of grease. Then put it back.
