MEANING OF THE E602-0001 ERROR CODE
The error code E602-0001 stands for error on the hard disk. This is occurring due to the missing
of Firmware in the hard disc. Do not turn off the machine while it running, it
may cause a mismatch between data on the hard disk. It may be the key reason
behind this error code. If the error code is e602 sub code 0001 or 0002, you
can reset it. If the subcode is 0003, you have to replace it or reload the
software with the help of a computer.
Note: don’t power off and ON the machine directly or while it running. Turn off the machine just like turning off a computer. It is better to connect an inverter to avoid voltage variation. This may cause problems in the hard disc and PCB.
Method to reset the error code e602-0001
- Power off the machine then power on by holding the 1 and 9 keys.
- Now the hard disk is reformatting, you can see a white block in the upper right-hand corner and then you will see the white blocks are building the rows on left to right on the screen and slowly filling the screen. This process may complete in an hour or more.
- Then you can see a "Download Mode" option at the screen. Then, turn off the machine, unplug it for a few seconds, plug it back, then turn on it.

- Replace HDD and reinstall system software.
- Check the main controller PCB.
- Check the connection between the HDD and the main controller PCB.
