Meaning of the error code 010-328
This error code is
related to the fusing unit of the Xerox wc7120 machine. You can't reset this
error through settings because this is a technical issue. you have no options
for that.
Solution
- Remove the fusing unit and check the fuser lamp, heat roller, and thermal switch. You can check the fuser lamp and thermal switch with the help of a multimeter. Repair or replace the damaged parts to solve the error.
- If the above method does not work, replace the fusing unit with a fresh one.
