2. Enter Service Mode: Press the “Home Button twice”. A message displaying “Total Count/Toner Quantity Display” will appear on the screen. then Click on  the lower right corner of this message and press #, *, C, * to enter service mode.
3. Navigate Service Options: Within service mode, select 'No 10 Toner motor check' and then select 'No. 3 Toner cartridge eject sensor check'. then Press the 'EXECUTE' button.
4. Remove the Cartridge: Open the front cover of the machine. The cartridges will be ejected automatically. Carefully pull out the cartridge horizontally that you wish to remove.
