Meaning of the error code sc569-00
The error code sc569-00 is related to the fusing unit. This is a fusing pressure release motor error. This error may occur due to many reasons. If the fuser Film, pressure roller, or bearing are damaged, the fused motor will feel heavy or tight and it will lock. Therefore, it shows this complaint.
If the error is shown for the first time, then you can reset this error by the following method. Before resetting this error open the right side door and make sure that the pressure roller and fuser Film are not damaged. if they are damaged, you have to replace these parts. after that, you can reset this error.
Method to reset error sc569
- Enter into service mode and press "806182". Then press and hold the 'C' button for 5 seconds.
- Now you are in service mode. Touch 'System Sp’ in the screen.
- Then press the '5810' and '#' button.
- Now you can see many options on the screen. ‘SC Reset' from them and press 'Execute'.
- Then you will get a message of showing that the process is completed. Then turn off and ON the machine.
If the error still persists, then check the following parts
and replace it if necessary.
Some possible cause:
- Check the fuser motor.
- Check the fuser film, and pressure roller
- The Hp sensor is damaged or not properly connected.
- Hp sensor connector or Hp sensor wire (harness) is damaged.

In the case of constant sc569 codes the drive motor assembly (D2411357) would need to be replaced.that did help
ReplyDeleteBefore replacing the assembly, strip and check gears, if ok , clean shafts and clutch and apply appropriate lubricant (not on the clutch).
