The trouble code C0202 shows a Paper tray lift motor error. it means paper jamming. The error code C0202 indicates paper jamming in tray 1, C-O204: Tray-2, C-0206: Tray-3, C-0208: Tray-4.
First of all, power off and unplug your copier, then empty paper from the problem tray and from the tray below it. Take out the problem tray, now you can see a paper jammed. Remove the paper by using a non-metallic item like a plastic ruler. Take out the dislodged paper by opening the tray below the problem tray. Push in the trays and power ON the Copier. This error may be due to wear and tear of the Pickup roller. So, it has to be replaced.
